～Profile～

In the Philippines the majority of people are Christians who have a greater relationship with Western music than any other Asian country, because this religion has usually used music for ceremony since old era.

Therefore, there are a lot of people who are going to be professional musicians or to give cultivation of aesthetic sentiments for children.

However, the ambitions of the Filipino people are impeded by two problems.

Firstly, it’s difficult for people to get access to musical educators that have high quality skills, and secondly, it’s difficult for people to obtain musical instruments and educational musical instruments.

OurNPO Corporation " A PROJECT OF TO JOIN CEBU IN THE PHILIPPINES AND JAPAN " is aimed at establishing and the training of more high-level musical teachers by dispatching professional Japanese musicians to CEBU.

In addition we hope to increase the possibilities to offer a variety of musical activities at orphanages, elementary schools, secondary schools and high schools by cooperating with Filipino musicians.

~Contents of activities ~

 

 

1, The establishment of a facility to help train music teachers in CEBU.

2, To dispatch of professional Japanese music teachers to the facility.

3, To hold periodical concerts in cooperation with Filipino musicians and visit schools and orphanages in order to give a
    variety of educational activities.

4, The realization of a performance in JAPAN by children of the orphanages.

5, To help in the donation of musical instruments from JAPAN to CEBU.

Let’s support them　

The support from everyone is necessary for these activities to succeed.
The musical instrument and dispatching of talented people need your donations.
Also donations of education musical instruments are indispensable for local music education.

However, sharing in our actions with social media would also be a big support.
Children of CEBU will be motivated in their daily life with the chance of a concert tour to Japan.
Also, Japanese children who don't' know at all about the life of CEBU's children will be able to learn many valuable issues from them.

This interchange is a way of creating an understanding, especially of children between CEBU and Japan.
There are many children in CEBU that we feel we could help.
